Shipping and Returns

How long does my order take to ship?

Udea products are handcrafted and we do not advertise items that are not in stock.

All orders will be processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard delivery usually takes 2 - 6 business days depending on your parcel destination (8-10 business days for western states and remote areas). 

Depending on your parcel destination, express delivery usually takes 1 - 2 days in metro areas. 3 - 5 in regional.

Please expect delays on holidays or during high-volume seasons.

PLEASE NOTE: doTERRA products are ordered B2B (back to back) directly on doTERRA. This is so that your essential oils are as fresh as possible and not sitting in storage. Therefore these will be processed on doTERRA within 24 hours and shipping is standard as per AUS Post timeframes for your destination.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes & No :-)

This is not offered at checkout as a standard option due to freight and tax calculations. This may be added to checkout in the future.

However, if you are happy to pay your own freight, and make arrangements this can be discussed by emailing contact@udea.com.au.

What is your return policy? 

We cannot accept goods that have been shipped for a change of mind. However for faulty goods, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For all return requests please email contact@udea.com.au and include the following information

  • Invoice & order number

  • Order name 

  • Item/s that you wish to return 

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of damage 

  • Any additional details listed below

  • Do NOT return until you have contacted us and we have told you to do so.
